Work

Work in motion.

Assignments with developers, builders and the organisations that connect them. Every case starts with a digital ambition, and only ends when it keeps moving without us.

A shared quality-assurance instrument, ready to grow

The terrain
With the new Dutch Building Quality Assurance Act (Wkb), Woningborg invested in the WKI instrument: an application and a set of agreements for assessing the quality of new-build projects. Its development is housed in an independent foundation, which takes the instrument forward together with its users and the technical supplier.
The challenge
Woningborg wants the instrument to serve more users. That calls for a collaboration in which every party knows its role, priorities are set together and the roadmap is shared.
The move
As an independent party, in the interest of the whole collaboration: conversations with everyone involved, clear roles and decision-making, and a shared, agile roadmap. Plus guidance in the first joint consultations, so the collaboration can carry on under its own steam.

AI strategy for the front-runners of Dutch housebuilding

The terrain
AI is high on the agenda of leadership teams in Dutch housebuilding. Together with WoningBouwersNL, we turn that attention into strategy.
The move
A programme for a front-runners’ group of executives: personal intake conversations, knowledge days with guest speakers and workshops, and webinars for the wider membership. The goal: every front-runner draws up an AI strategy for their own organisation.
What’s next
The programme is built to grow: from knowledge and strategy to concrete applications in practice.
