Privacy statement

Who we are

WOOOLF, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42096626. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@wearewooolf.com.

What data we process

Contact form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the topic and your message.
Booking an appointment: if you book an introduction through the calendar, Google processes your name, email address, organisation and your answer to the question in the booking form. The calendar is an embedded Google Calendar page.
Website statistics: through Google Analytics 4, data about how the website is used, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. Google Analytics is only loaded if you consent in the cookie banner. Without consent we measure nothing. GA4 does not store IP addresses. Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months. You can change your choice at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page.

What we use it for

We only use data from the contact form and the calendar to reply to your message, schedule the conversation and arrange any follow-up. We use statistics to improve the website.

Who we share it with

The website and contact form are hosted by Netlify. Appointments and website statistics are processed by Google. We never sell your data and don't share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

No longer than needed to handle your question and any follow-up.

Your rights

You can always ask us to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its use. Email info@wearewooolf.com. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
